I am an experienced writer and editor who is passionate about words, and about assisting in the editing of textbooks and other manuscripts. Often as writers we need another set of eyes to do a line-by-line, close reading of our work. I am those eyes– commenting, suggesting, and asking questions via Word Mark Up. In addition, I proofread and offer suggestions about the chapter content with an eye for balance, clarity, and avoiding repetition. I love to do graphics should your book need diagrams or illustrations, utilizing Adobe Illustrator and other innovative programs. In addition, I have access to the very best scholarly research tools via my alma mater, including JSTOR, Worldcat, and LexisNexis; I often use OED to revisit the roots of the words you use for extra meaning.  I get very excited about each book– it’s your baby, after all, and I am ever mindful of this.
